Our software is developed by people who deeply care about voting effectiveness and transparency for organizations and authorities. The concept of LOCUS Vote came from our determination and conviction to solve the voting puzzle for organizations and local authorities alike whilst working remotely during COVID 19 pandemics. We experienced first-hand how organizations and municipalities had to dedicate so much time in arranging and conduct meetings while having people in the home office. We came to understand that for any product to be truly effective, it has to be accessible to all users - new and existing, young and old. It sounds like a simple and straightforward task but, in reality, it is probably one of the hardest things our product team had to face – a never-ending cycle of thinking, testing, building, and learning. We build long-term partnerships with our customers, we listen to them, advise them, and give them solutions for their needs. We don’t just implement a product and run away

Transparent technology
Voting must respect several criteria to be democratic. In this paper, we determine whether electronic voting can simultaneously protect the secrecy, be transparent, accessible, and resistant to intimidation and fraud. Our solution has been designed so that we can simultaneously protect secrecy, transparency, accessibility, and maximum resistance to intimidation and fraud.
Simple to organize,
simple to use
Our philosophy is that simplicity is the ultimate sophistication. Therefore creating a vote is intuitive, easy, and fast. No coding or any other specific knowledge is required. Organizing a vote takes no more than 5 minutes together with sending invitations to participants. Due to integration to MS Teams application, voting can be conducted on the go on a smartphone or tablet.
Multiple voting methods
There are multiple types of elections you can hold with LOCUS Vote. There are two types of elections available including a traditional vote (majority voting) where voters choose a single candidate and a more complex method where a voter can vote for several candidates (cumulative voting).
Voting groups and subgroups
Polys sends an email to each voter with a secure voting link. Voters cast their vote from their devices by simply clicking the link. This is a fast and convenient method for private groups, communities, and small businesses where each member has their own email. Make voting about the financial plan of your company accessible only for the management of the company, while team building poll available to all your employees simply and fast.
Transparent voting
There are now many different models and types of electronic voting systems in use in a dozen countries. Some of these countries use them in a generalized way. The voter can only vote once and voting choices remain anonymous. We use encryption to safeguard votes — similar security as major banks. ;.
Reporty a grafy
Once the voting period ends, you will see the results. Results will appear on the screen in the Dashboard after voting ends. Voters will be able to see the results via the same link they used to vote. You can download and print results for reporting purposes. Results of all completed votes are stored in the Dashboard.
